This was not my first spine surgery with Dr Yogesh Pithwa. When I had a recent back pain I did MRI and sent the report to him for his advice and he has given his opinion. Few weeks later I flew to Bangalore, India, went to see him. I explained that I had a lower backache radiating into my lower limbs and continued pain interfering on daily activities.

Despite continuing non-operative treatment in last few weeks, I was offered to go for surgical intervention. With NO hesitation I decided to go for treatment with him. Same day I was hospitalized and next day morning, did the surgery (pedicle screws inserted bilaterally into L5 & S1 in a percutaneous manner) & implanted with minimal invasive manner. It was very successful. After 2 days in the hospital, discharge took place with limited mobilization with LS belt. I am quite comfortable and happy that I did this operation with him.
